Conference Venue

The conference will be held at Howard Civil Service International House, Taipei, Taiwan. You can visit their website http://intl-house.howard-hotels.com for more information.

Details of presentation rooms will be electronically sent to the registered delegates.

Presentation Room Equipment

Each presentation room will be equipped with a projector and laptop computer. Please bring your presentation on a USB or pen-drive. Delegates are requested to arrive at the venue during the Registration period so that their presentation can be uploaded to the laptop computer.

Session Timings

Delegates will have 15 minutes available for their presentation, followed by a  5 minute Question & Answer session. The Session Chair is responsible for time management and delegates will be notified how much time they have remaining during the presentation.

Session Chair

Participants may serve as the Session Chair. If you are interested, please indicate your willingness in the Registration Form. A certificate will be issued to all Chairs acknowledging their role at the conference.

Food and Beverages 

Registration fee include hot buffet lunch plus morning and afternoon tea/coffee breaks for  two days.  Meal vouchers will be issued and delegates will use this voucher to get food at the venue, within the hotel, stated in their coupons. There are varieties of hot and cold food . If you miss the lunch, please do not blame us. You cannot exchange your lunch tickets for one particular day for another day. For example, you cannot attend second day of conference you cannot exchange it for another first day lunch ticket and vice versa.

Conference Accessories 

Each participant will receive conference bag, name tag, participation acknowledgement certificate and payment receipt and a copy of the conference program in print. Writing paper and pens will be available in the rooms.

FREE Conference Dinner (for registered delegates ONLY)

The end of the conference will be celebrated by a conference dinner at a Restaurant located in Taipei 101 Tower on the 85th Floor from where you can take in breathtaking views of Taipei city. This is an optional event. If you are interested, please indicate it while completing registration form (code F from fee schedule). Conference Dinner will be free of cost to the participant. It is a formal sit down 3 course dinner with announcement of the best paper award and speeches by sponsors of the conference.

We will also provide free transport to travel to/from Taipei 101 from conference venue.
